The Rockwells

The Rockwells were formed in 1999 by singer/guitarist Jonathan Kelly, who was simply surviving in Knoxville, TN, and his sibling, singer/bassist Fred Kelly, who was simply in Memphis, TN. In 2000, Fred Kelly transferred to Knoxville, as well as the brothers had been joined up with in the group by another group of brothers, Tommy Bateman (electric guitar, body organ) and Track Bateman (drums). Agreed upon to Migrant Information, the Rockwells released their initial album, Small Symphonies for Children, on Apr 30, 2002. Two EPs adopted: EP (2003) as well as the Dark brown E.P. (Apr 15, 2004), the second option released on a single day time as the Rockwells’ second recording, Star*smile*strong. Later on in 2004, another EP, Rip It Down, made an appearance, and it captivated radio play on NPR. The Rockwells spent 2 yrs focusing on their following recording, Place & Period, that was released on Dec 2, 2008.
