The Proov

Dutch hip-hop clothing the Proov are designed throughout the rhyming and reading abilities of MC CeeMajor (Cor Giesing, given birth to in 1975). Impressed with the genre-defining information of Public Foe and Eric B. & Rakim on the sensitive age group of 12, he began what was to get the building blocks for the Proov with several school close friends in the past due ’80s. Their nine-song demonstration cassette, entitled Speakerroom and documented in 1997, captivated the interest of a favorite radio display, which played several tracks within the air flow. This resulted in a cooperation with CMC Information, which offered the Proov a chance to launch their debut EP, Customs, released in 1999. A 12 months later the music group enjoyed its 1st big break when asked to create the official theme track for the Western Soccer Tournament. The resulting solitary, “Feel heat,” was followed from the priciest Dutch music video available, sponsored by Nike. The same 12 months Customs was re-released like a full-length Compact disc, with several additional tracks. A thorough performing schedule required a significant toll within the music group, and by the finish of 2001 the Proov silently disbanded. However, 2 yrs later on the Proov came back, now like a trio with MC Gumshoe (Sven Willimsen) and DJ S-Dub, and with a fresh solitary, “Nebula,” in tow. The sophomore full-length Fight Mode adopted in 2005.
