The Drunken Cholos are actually a reunion of the extremely first lineup of irreverent pop-punksters the Queers, featuring vocalist/guitarist Joe Queer as well as the rhythm portion of Wimpy and Tulu. Though this lineup was forget about by enough time the Queers produced their debut on Lookout! Information, the trio reunited to record the seven-song EP Livin’ La Vida Loco, released by Hopeless in early 2001.
