Biography
The Masterpieces, a short-lived group from Cleveland, OH, contains Annette Tucker, Claude Robinson, Rudolph Rome, and two other unfamiliar members. Tucker was fascinated with display business, and befriended Johnny Bristol when he made an appearance in Cleveland with Jackey Beavers as Johnny & Jackey. They regularly rode in from Detroit to seem in the Play-Mor, the Group Ballroom, along with other locations. The Creations documented a unitary on Marty Conn’s Patti Jo label (called after among Conn’s girlfriends) entitled “You’ll CONTINUALLY BE Mine” b/w “Seventeen.” While well-known at places like Skateland as well as the Play Mor, hometown cheers didn’t sell information. The end arrived following a confrontation with Conn, who booted them off his label, leading to these to disband and go after other passions. Tucker later wedded Edwin Starr (previously referred to as Charles Hatcher) as well as the few eventually divorced; later on, Tucker resided in NEVADA.
