The Black Pacific

While he’s better referred to as the longtime frontman of skatepunk symbols Pennywise, Jim Lindberg also sings and takes on guitar along with his part task the Black Pacific. Also originally offering bassist Davey Second option (of Everest) and drummer Alan Vega (from Great Guys in Dark), the music group captures the traveling punk sound which has produced Pennywise a punk rock and roll institution. Soon after developing and documenting their debut, Last mentioned left the Dark Pacific to tour with Everest. To complete the lineup, Lindberg recruited bassist Gavin Caswell, aswell as previous Dropkick Murphys guitarist Marc Orrell. The music group released its self-titled debut, that was produced by Significantly’s Shaun Lopez, on Aspect One Dummy Information this year 2010, and quickly soon after embarked on its initial European tour.
