Terrel Wallace, referred to as High Black Man, is a hip-hop maker who specializes inside a mellow and layered sample-based audio that appears to place equivalent focus on atmosphere and musicality. He matters DJ Leading and Madlib as inspirations, and Questlove and Gilles Peterson among his admirers.
