Following the dream-pop band Rollerskate Skinny disbanded, leader Ken Griffin formed a fresh (yet similar) band, Kid Silver, with first-name-only collaborators Clive and Sid. Their debut recording, Dead Town Sunbeams, premiered in early 1999.
