Jim Murray

Although he was a founding person in Quicksilver Messenger Service, Murray was from the band by enough time the 1st Quicksilver album premiered, and details remain relatively vague in regards to what he contributed at that time he is at the group. When Quicksilver began, it had been a quintet of John Cippolina, David Freiberg, Gary Duncan, and Greg Elmore, with Murray adding some vocals and harmonica. At the outset, Murray was playing acoustic guitar, but he didn’t seem to present too much with this division. Freiberg has stated that Murray wasn’t into operating too hard, which the music group was better off without him, partly because it produced Duncan (originally envisioned mainly like a vocalist for the music group) have a more active part like a guitarist.
