Strike Anywhere

Hit Anywhere emerged in 1999 from Richmond, VA. Vocalist Thomas Barnett (ex-Inquisition), guitarists Matt Smith and Matt Sherwood, bassist Garth Petrie (ex-Count Me Out), and drummer Eric Kane required a staunchly politics and activism-minded method of hardcore and punk traditionalism, sketching comparisons both in sound and eyesight to such stalwart functions as Get and 7 Secs. After a short EP, Chorus of 1, Hit Anywhere (called such after a vintage Inquisition tune) joined up with up with Jade Tree, which released Change Is really a Audio in August 2001. Leave English implemented in 2003, as well as the rarities collection To Reside in Discontent in January 2005. Hit Anywhere installed with Fats Wreck Chords because of their next full-length, Deceased FM, released in June 2006. Travels both house and abroad implemented through another season; Sherwood amicably parted methods with the music group in March 2007 to have the ability to settle down in the home.
