Scott Billington

A house manufacturer and graphic developer using the Rounder Information label, Scott Billington had a submit countless modern roots-music releases. Blessed in Melrose, Massachusetts on Oct 27, 1951, he started his profession at Rounder through the past due 1970s; originally functioning primarily in the business’s design section, he received his first creation credit using the 1978 Johnny Shines record Hey Ba-Ba-Re Bop.
