Samuel Kerridge

English producer Samuel Kerridge moved to Berlin in 2011 and co-founded Contort, a every week group of events specialized in experimental digital music, along with his wife Hayley Kerridge. His loud, abstract techno songs first saw launch around the Auris Interna EP on Horizontal Floor, and a gathering with Karl O’Connor (Regis) resulted in three produces on Downwards in 2013, like the full-length LP A Fallen Empire. The entire year 2014 saw the discharge from the Deficit of Question EP on Wayne Ruskin’s Blueprint label. In 2015, Kerridge founded Contort like a label using the launch of his second LP, Usually Offended By no means Ashamed. The recording explored even more abstract territory than his earlier work, veering from the dancefloor and nearer to his commercial roots, with severe guitars and distorted vocals. A 7″ solitary titled “Sonic Devices of Battle” adopted on Contort later on in the entire year. Kerridge came back to Downwards in early 2016 along with his third full-length, Fatal Light Appeal.
