RPLA sprang to popularity if they starred with an unlikely front cover of the united kingdom rock bible Kerrang! newspaper, who advertised them being a ‘Pretty Guy’ music group comparable to Poison and Mötley Crüe. Shortly following this appearance they surfaced using a different picture and accepted that these were a ‘homosexual’ rock-band. While this will have produced no difference in any way it knocked the macho steel press off its stride and instantly the rave write-ups and gig testimonials disappeared, using the music group suffering because of this. They became the main topic of a information item on UK tv about sexism/homophobia in rock and roll and Kerrang! had been designated. Within a couple weeks a little piece with them became conspicuous by its appearance in stated newspaper. Whatever their press romantic relationship was, the music group do themselves no favours as the music articles was never solid enough to get over also the mildest prejudice.
