Rosella Clemmons Washington

b. Rosella Clemmons, 1967, Charlotte, NEW YORK, USA. A strikingly talented jazz vocalist, whose vocal audio and style is certainly redolent of gospel and spirit, Washington is most beneficial known within the Philadelphia and Wilmington areas.
