The producer of 1 of the largest dance hits from the ’90s, “I love to Move It” — and also a half-dozen additional Top 20 hits in the uk — Reel 2 Real is masterminded by Erick Morillo, a fresh York DJ who sought to mix the power of Latin-house music with reggae rhythms and textures. Morillo, who’s of Columbian and Dominican history, started DJing in his early teenagers and studied creation at New York’s Middle of Press Arts.
