RAN

A multi-faceted (jazz, R&B, rock and roll, hip-hop, and funk, to mention several) Indonesian group that performed in both Indonesian and British, RAN were fronted by Anindyo Baskoro (Nino) about vocals, Rayi Putra about raps and vocals, and Astono Andoko about acoustic guitar. The group’s 1st recording, RAN for YOUR DAILY LIFE, was released in 2007, and was bolstered from the success from the solitary “Pandangan Pertama.” In 2008, RAN got a high-profile gig at that year’s Java Jazz Event.
