Polarkreis 18

Shaped in 1997 by Felix Räuber (guitar, vocals, and piano), Bernhard Wenzel (keyboards and coding), and Uwe Pasora (bass), Polarkreis 18 experienced several stylistic shifts and formats before buying a name and the idea a ‘live’ group was even now viable. That music group, rounded out by adding players Philipp Makolis (piano and electric guitar) and Christian Grochau (drums) took its brand-new sound and brand-new moniker and released its initial album, Appear, in 2005. (The group also released a free of charge five-track download EP in 2004.) In 2006, Polarkreis 18 completed second at a music competition (the F6 Music Honours) which helped them rating a record cope with Electric motor Music Revue. Their initial ‘standard’ album implemented in 2007, entitled Polarkreis 18. Feb 2008 discovered the group securing an starting slot around the Smashing Pumpkins’ tour of Germany.
