From the creation mastermind Leroy “Precise” Edwards (who in addition has helped out Mystikal and Black Menace), New Orleans’ Partners-N-Crime debuted using the 1996 LP PNC 3. The group adopted one year later on with Whatcha Wanna Perform?, and released their third recording, We Become Houndn, in 1999.
