Yet another person in the Jackson family that has tried his hands at single stardom, Marlon Jackson was a vocalist within the Jackson 5 throughout its existence, and later on, within the Jacksons prior to going single in 1987. His 1st solitary for Capitol, “Don’t Proceed,” managed to get to number 2, but he is not in a position to duplicate that achievement since that time. Jackson also created classes for Betty Wright.
