Heavy metal music group Love/Hate was shaped as Data Clan in 1984 by vocalist Jizzy Pearl, guitarist Jon E. Like, bassist Skid Rose and drummer Joey Platinum. The band documented one recording before Pearl remaining to sing with L.A. Stones; Data Clan changed him with Jim Wilkinson and transformed their name to Like/Hate.
