Love Equals Death

Hailing from Petaluma, CA, Like Equals Death’s make of rock and roll draws impact from classic rock and roll and horror-punk, and appropriately enough, the music group marks its birthday on Halloween party 2003. Immediately after developing, the quartet — vocalist Chon Travis, bassist Dominic Davi (ex-Tsunami Bomb), guitarist Rosser, and drummer Tonio Garcia-Romero — documented a four-song EP, 4 Records on the Dying Level, on Popsmear and began producing a name for itself round the Bay Region. Duffs then changed Rosser on acoustic guitar, and much more touring adopted. Their next launch, The Prelude, arrived just in Japan in July 2005; the recording contained demos with their previously EP. The Hucklebuck EP made an appearance within the U.S. the next month and, after impressing Body fat Mike making use of their live show, Appreciate Equals Death agreed upon to Body fat Wreck Chords. Their Costs Stevenson-produced Body fat debut, Nightmerica, was released in March 2006 on Compact disc and vinyl.
