Lone Pigeon

The Lone Pigeon may be the project of former Beta Music group partner Gordon Anderson. Previously known as the Pigeons, the Beta Music group has achieved vital success throughout the world and Anderson observed the beginning. He co-wrote the favorite “Dry out the Rainfall,” “B+A,” and “Canines Got a Bone tissue” in the Champion Variations EP in addition to “The Cow’s Incorrect” in the band’s eponymous full-length debut. A sickness, however, compelled Anderson back again to his house in Scotland, departing the Beta Music group to transport on without him. The brand new millennium gave new lease of life for Anderson. He tweaked his quirky great musical weirdness back in Fife, Scotland, as well as the Fence label had taken notice. They released two albums — Moses and 28 Top secret Monitors — via email purchase in 2000. Another springtime, the London indie label Poor Jazz released the Handled By Tomoko EP. NME and BBC Radio jumped onto it immediately as well as the EP sold-out in one time. Stateside supporters finally got a flavor shortly thereafter once the Lone Pigeon released Concubine Grain in summer months 2002. Manufacturer Joe Robinson (Terribly Drawn Boy, Alfie) installed with Anderson for the March 2004 discharge of Schoozzzmmii.
