Lolita Storm

Lolita Storm may be the fresh generation’s response to grrrl power. These U.K. poor girls shaped in 1999 amid burgeoning young pop reign of Britney Spears and Ronan Keating. These were factory employees, waitresses, and teenage nightmares who have been sick and tired of such frilly soul-sapping, so they offered U.K. DJ Steve Lamacq a demonstration tape and the others is background. Lolita Storm appeared to deafen the weighty pop picture and heat issues through to their debut, G.F.S.U. (an acronym for women F*cking Sh*t Up), released in August 2000.
