Jim Lampos

Because the early ’90s, NY City-based guitarist/singer/songwriter Jim Lampos continues to be releasing roots rock and roll albums and performing shows to great local acclaim. Lampos offers released three albums: 1994’s Dreamland in Flames, 1997’s Innuendos of Lafayette, and 2000’s Starlight Theater (all on the Clocwyse label). While Lampos continues to be recognized to perform single, he plays generally with a support band comprising Chris Tedesco (violin), Greg Amani (bass), and John Feldmann (drums). Despite not really being authorized to a significant label, Lampos offers received airplay on over 200 3rd party radio stations and it has charted on both CMJ Americana and AAA studies, in addition to showing up on two quick installments of VH1’s Midnight Minute.
