Glauco Sagebin

b. 16 January 1961, Porto Alegre, Brazil. Even though music he noticed as a kid was dominated from the impact of his indigenous property, Sagebin also paid attention to jazz and traditional music. He initial worked appropriately in São Paulo, Brazil, being a studio room musician and composer. In 1985 he earned the Best First Soundtrack Award for Brief Animated Film on the Gramado Brazilian Film Celebration. In the 90s, he spent amount of time in Tokyo, executing with a music group led by singer-percussionist Babe Hanna. Over time, Sagebin, who spent some time working through the entire Americas and in European countries, has used many performers, including Joe Henderson and Antonio Carlos Jobim. For his 2003 trio place When Baden Fits Trane he chosen music to show his selection of interests. Specifically, his compositions shown upon affects from Western european and South American traditional composers aswell as both musicians called in the record’s title monitor, Baden Powell and John Coltrane. The liquid mixing of Brazilian fireplace and grace using the hard bop design of Sagebin’s piano playing demonstrated powerful and garnered many favourable testimonials.
