Germán Lizárraga

After decades playing and afterwards leading one the of top-selling Mexican numbers, Germán Lizárraga cut back the eclectic “sinaolense” design of the legendary Banda el Recodo founded in 1951 by his father Cruz Lizárraga to a fresh generation of followers. The talented clarinet participant formed his very own 18-piece ensemble, known as Banda Estrellas de Sinaloa (called after the north Mexican condition), and documented a self-titled record featuring the strike one “Estoy Sufriendo.” The 13-monitor disk debuted at amount 16 on Billboard’s Latin albums graph in August 2002.
