Erik Rubin

Mexican singer/actor Erick Rubín got involved with well-known music while taking part in a local teenage pop collective called Timbiriche, beginning his single career using the release of La Casa del Amor in 1993. As an professional, he effectively performed roles within the Latin cleaning soap opera Muñecos de Papel, the play Lease, as well as the musical Jesus Christ Superstar. After issuing the Latin rock-oriented Sueño de Fantasía in 1995 and Frecuencia Continental in 1997, Erick Rubín came back in 2002 as Erik with Quadrasónico, an assortment of 1970s membership/dance music, pop/rock and roll, and electronica, co-produced by Jorge Amaro and Aureo Baqueiro. Rubin would continue steadily to release full-lengths through the brand-new millennium, culminating in 2009’s Aquí con Ahora, his 6th. In 2007, he rejoined Timbiriche to get a 25th wedding anniversary reunion performance.
