Eddie Daye

A veteran from the Washington, D.C. blues picture, Eddie Daye performed Area of Columbia pubs and night clubs for a lot more than four years. Initially attracting interest as the first choice of the 1950s vocal group, the nice Time Music group, that included his wife, Denise, Daye and his group the Four Pubs served as home music group for Gee’s 400 Membership in Brentwood, MD, and Chuck & Billie’s in Washington, D.C. He possessed the Showboat Lounge in the Region of Columbia through the past due ’60s and early ’70s. Although he released many albums by himself Dayco label, including many gospel produces, Daye didn’t to push out a one of his best-known primary blues melody, “Sexy SENIOR,” until January 1998. Daye passed on in August 2009 at age 79.
