San Jose, CA’s Duster includes multi-instrumentalists/vocalists Ewing Clay Parton and Canaan Dove Amber and occasional drummer Jason Albertini. Parton and Amber operate the Low Globe Orbit recording studio room when they’re not really creating droning, atmospheric tracks like the types entirely on their 1998 debut Stratosphere and 1999’s 1975 mini-album. Modern Movement implemented in middle-2000.
