Disco Tex and the Sex-O-Lettes

As evidenced by their name, Disco Tex & the Sex-O-Lettes were a dance/disco clothing and among the genre’s originals formed in the first ’70s (before the world getting embroiled in the disco trend circa Saturday Evening Fever). Shaped by Bob Crewe and Sir Monti Rock and roll III (delivered Joseph Montanez, who was simply a teenager idol/talk present regular from the ’60s), the gay-oriented group obtained a set of sizeable strikes early on within their profession, 1974’s “Obtain Dance” and 1975’s “I Wanna Dance With Choo,” aswell as many full-lengths, including a self-titled launch and Manhattan Millionaire (potential dance vocalist Jocelyn Brown provided back-up vocals for the group for a while, aswell). The group faded from look at soon thereafter, but having a renowned desire for ’70s nostalgia arrived the ’90s nad the group’s two strikes found their method once again on countless dance compilations.
