Cormorant

Reaching back in its history to a far more psychedelic period in metallic history, Cormorant mix vintage progressive, power, and dark metallic. Based from the Bay Region, the music group was created in 2007 by Arthur von Nagel (bass/vocals), Nick Cohon (acoustic guitar), and Brennan Kunkel (drums). Having a innovative drive that matched up the strength of their music, Cormorant arranged right to function, and by the finish of the entire year released their first EP, THE FINAL Tree. The next 12 months the trio became a quartet, adding guitarist Matt Solis towards the music group before getting back again to the grindstone to art 2009’s full-length debut, Metazoa, with maker Billy Anderson. Throughout all this, the music group stayed independent, documenting and liberating its albums and reservation shows with no backing of the label. In 2011, Cormorant continuing to forge their personal path using their second recording, Dwellings.
