Citizens

The flagship artist for Seattle, Washington-based Reformed Christian megachurch Mars Hill, Citizens formed in 2011 across the talents of Deacon Zach Bolen, Tom McConnell, Nate Garvey, Nathaniel Furtado, Adam Skatula, and Bryce Covert. Focusing on a high-energy make of radio-ready alternate CCM that combined the inclusive, faith-based pop acumen of Jars of Clay and David Crowder Music group with the uncooked emotional strength of Kings of Leon and Enthusiasm Pit, the group released its eponymous debut long-player through BEC Recordings in 2013. The next year noticed the band modification its name to Residents & Saints and launch Sign up for the Triumph. A Reflection Dimly, the band’s third studio room long-player, fell in 2016.
