Christian Fabian

Jazz bassist Christian Fabian was created in Sweden and moved to Germany in age six. He went to the Maastricht Conservatory in holland and there shaped the band Period Style, which released three albums. Fabian relocated towards the U.S. to review on the Berklee University of Music, that he graduated Magna Cum Laude using a B.A. in efficiency and film credit scoring. Beginning in 1997, he spent many years playing bass with Lionel Hampton and caused a great many other jazz veterans while accumulating a popularity in NY. He founded the Fabian Area Trio being a piano/bass/drums group, primarily with pianist Andy LaVerne and drummer Danny Gottlieb for the record Across the Paths, released for the Cover Information label on Apr 3, 2006. The next Fabian Area Trio album, Drape of Lifestyle, was a jazz fusion work and highlighted Fabian on electrical bass, keyboardist Steve Hunt, and drummer Steve Michaud. The 3rd album, The Experts Come back! (released November 6, 2007), returned for an acoustic structure as Fabian was became a member of by Mike Longo (piano) and Lewis Nash (drums) on a couple of bebop requirements and originals.
