Chon

A technical post-hardcore music group with heavy instrumental tendencies, Chon formed in NORTH PARK in 2008. The music group originally comprised bassist/vocalist Esiah, drummer Nathan Camarena, and guitarists Erick Hansel and Mario Camarena. While playing displays within an emo and post-hardcore picture, Chon’s tunes had been influenced right away by jazz, prog rock and roll, and even traditional tendencies. Esiah was from the music group by enough time they released their debut EP, Newborn Sunlight, in 2013, changed by bassist Drew Pelisek. They toured regularly, returning another 12 months with another EP, Woohoo!, and in 2015 using their 1st full-length recording, Grow. The music group came back in 2017 using their sophomore arranged, Homey.
