Márcio Greyck

Márcio Greyck is among few composers from the Jovem Guarda period to become more influenced by post-Sgt. Pepper’s Beatles. After 1972, he became an enchanting singer. Rarely observed following the ’80s, he previously another amount of presence in the ’90s because of the Jovem Guarda revival as well as for his record documented for Roberto Menescal’s label Albatrozz. He documented his first structure, “Venha Sorrindo” (1967), that same season, had a nationwide strike with “Minha Menina” (edition by Antônio Carlos Wallace) of Lennon/McCartney’s “Eleanor Rigby,” and acquired his initial LP released. From 1967 to 1968, he managed the present O Mundo É Dos Jovens for Television Tupi (São Paulo). Among his biggest strikes had been “Impossível Acreditar Que Perdi Você” (along with his sibling, Cobel, in 1972, re-recorded by Fábio Jr. in 1997, and contained in the soundtrack of it Globo cleaning soap opera A Indomada) and “Vivendo Por Viver” (with Cobel), documented by Zezé di Camargo & Luciano also in 1997. He previously achievement as an interpreter in 1972 with “O Mais Importante É O Verdadeiro Amor” (a edition of “Tanta Voglia Di Lei” by I Pooh) and within the next season with “Infinito” (edition of “L’Infinito” by Giancarlo Bigazzi and Toto Savio).
