CC Cowboys

CC Cowboys certainly are a Norwegian rock-band that peaked in popularity through the early to middle-’90s before dissolving later on in the decade. In 2003 the music group mounted an effective return that came back it towards the top reaches from the Norwegian graphs. Shaped in 1989 in Fredrikstad, Norway, the music group is made up of Magnus Grønneberg (vocals, acoustic guitar), Jørn Christensen (acoustic guitar), Per Vestaby (bass), and Agne Saether (drums). Previous members consist of Anders Grønneberg (bass), Trond Berg (acoustic guitar), and Jon Terje Rovedal (accordion), who have been active through the 1990s. CC Cowboys produced their debut in 1990 using the solitary “Harry” as well as the recording Blodsbrødre, both which had been Best Five hits for the Norwegian graphs. The follow-up recording, Rock’n Move Ryttere, and its own lead solitary, “Barnehjemmet Johnny Johnny,” had been similarly well-known, both also achieving the Best Five. While following albums Tigergutt (1992) and Persille & Panser (1994) and their particular singles, “People in Movement” and “Når Du Sover,” had been only slightly much less successful, achieving the Top Ten as opposed to the Best Five, the band’s following recording, Himmeltitter (1996), was a member of family disappointment, barely producing the very best 20. CC Cowboys dissolved soon thereafter, liberating the chart-topping best-of compilation Ekko: CC Cowboys’ Beste (1998) and retreating through the recording marketplace for quite some time afterward. Having a reconfigured bandmember lineup (we.e., the addition of Christensen and Vestaby on acoustic guitar and bass, respectively), CC Cowboys came back in 2003 using the return recording Lyst, a well-received work that came back the music group to the very best Ten. Following full-length attempts Evig Liv (2006), På Svalbard Uten Strøm (2007), and Morgen & Kveld (2009) had been similarly successful, achieving the TOP, if not the very best Five, from the albums graph. The music group also released latter-day strike singles including “Kom Igen” and “Kanskje Du Behøver Noen.”
