Early entrants in to the Western Coastline gangsta rap scene in 1993, C.We.N. rhymes generally about their ghetto lives in Richmond, CA. Their function consists of weapons, money, girls, medications, and bigger weapons. Their second record, entitled Richmond Roulette, implemented in 1997.
