The crashing post-hardcore of O Pioneers!!! resulted in the group of Eric Solomon (electric guitar/vocals) and Jeff Groban (drums), whose eager energy and passion evidently deserved a minimum of three exclamation factors. The duo’s music was similar to early WARM WATER Music and Against Me! crossed jointly, as well as the band’s unpretentious and community-oriented strategy resonated using the D.We.Y. punk-folk picture it spawned from. Hailing from Houston, TX, the people — among whom may or may possibly not be the next cousin of vocalist Josh Groban — performed their first present together in Oct 2004.
