Within their original inception, Richmond, Virginia’s Taters were referred to as the Burnt Taters. Vocalist/bassist Craig Evans, guitarist Brad Tucker, and drummer George Garrett emerged jointly in 1997. Ttheir lively mix of root base, Americana, pop, and nation first made an appearance on polish with 1999’s Voxbox, and Unusual But True! implemented about a season afterwards. By 2002, the Burnt Taters got officially end up being the Taters, and Garrett got departed.
