Bedlam

Bedlam certainly are a seminal if short-lived Detroit-area horrorcore rap duo through the mid-Michigan town of Saginaw. Made up of rappers Prozak (delivered Steven Shippy) and Madness (aka Curt D), the duo was founded in 1999 following the two became acquainted via their shared affiliation using the R.O.C. and his second-generation Home of Krazees collective. Bedlam self-released many editions of their two-volume Chemical substance Imbalancez series, combined with the albums Surprise Treatment (2002) and Bedlamitez Rize (2003; reissued in 2004 via Longer Range Distribution). Pursuing these produces, Prozak and Madness divide and proceeded to go their separate methods. Of both, Prozak continued to really have the most achievement, launching the well-received single album Tales through the Ill in 2008 via Unusual Music.
