An Albatross

The eccentric noise rock outfit An Albatross features Edward B. Gieda III (vocals/percussion), Jason Hudak (bass), Kat Paffett (body organ/synth), Phillip Reynolds Cost (body organ), Jake Lisowski (acoustic guitar), and Ed Klinger (drums). Hailing from Philadelphia and Wilkes-Barre, An Albatross released their debut, Eat Lightning, Shit Thunder, in 2001 on the neighborhood When Humans Strike! label. A calendar year later, the brand new York Town indie rock and roll imprint Ace Fu agreed upon the music group. The rackety grind punk noises of WE HAVE BEEN the Lazer Viking, which highlighted a far more mischievously bold established from An Albatross, found its way to summer months 2003. A divide 7″ with XBXRX, In to the Lazer Eyes, followed on Silver Regular Laboratories in 2004. For this period, Paffett departed and touring drummer Steve Vaiani was put into the group. Blessphemy (From the Tranquility Beast Feastgiver as well as the Keep Warp Kumite) was slated for the June 2006 discharge.
