Amestory

Indie rock-band Amestory (pronounced am-uh-story) was shaped in 2004 by singer and multi-instrumentalist Mike Russell (the bass participant in Respira) and pianist Doug Prior, initially being a studio-only task. Putting your signature on to Portia Information, they documented their first monitors, which became element of a Compact disc called Divide released in Sept 2004 that as its name implied, was divide between them and Tim Wilson (also of Respira), each musician having three choices. Adding the tempo portion of JD Knotts (just one more person in Respira) on drums and bassist Derek Coburn (of the attention the Ear as well as the Arm), they started documenting a full-length record in Dec 2004. With the springtime of 2005, these were also carrying out shows. Because they finished the album, Position Recordings expressed desire for co-releasing it with nationwide distribution. Amestory was released in Oct 2005 as the music group embarked on its 1st national tour.
