Aisha Duo

Aisha Duo may be the name for collaborations between Andrea Dulbecco (marimba) and Luca Gusella (vibraphone), Italian music artists who began functioning together after getting in the same percussion course on the Conservatory of Milan. The aptly entitled Quiet Music, their first record for ObliqSound, included interpretations of eight of Chick Corea’s “Children’s Music,” aswell as Ralph Towner’s “Beneath an Evening Sky,” and many originals. It had been documented at a 17th hundred years cathedral and released in 2005.
