Session music artists David Foster, Jay Graydon and Tommy Funderburk formed Airplay and released a single album within the laidback later-’70s West Coastline rock design epitomized by Toto and Chicago. Key pad player Foster continued to an effective solo profession for Atlantic and creation/arrangement schedules with Chicago and Natalie Cole (Memorable), guitarist/vocalist Graydon gathered over 125 credits more than a 25-year profession, and vocalist Tommy Funderburk provides contributed history vocals to over 50 albums. Airplay also included drummer Jeff Porcaro and bassist David Hungate.
