Among the Swedish label Dot’s leading performers, Quant released several neo-electro EPs for the quirky label in the later ’90s, furthermore to many compilation contributions in addition to remixes. Manufacturer Jonas Quant’s debut discharge, the self-titled Quant EP, emerged in Feb 1997 (Dot 1203), implemented shortly after with the Breaking & Getting into EP (Dot 1207), released that November. Quant’s third EP, Tik Tok (Dot 1210), didn’t show up until Might 2000, a couple of years later. Through the interim period, Quant remixed several tracks, probably the most noteworthy getting Tosca’s (Richard Dorfmeister and Rupert Huber) “Delicious chocolate Elvis” and Coldcut’s “Timber.”
