Appearing in the Identification label, both of the tracks, “Filled with Question” and “Away from MY ENTIRE LIFE,” had been re-recorded in equivalent variations on Houston’s initial solo record, Birdboys. For example, every one of the music artists accompanying Houston in the one (Meletios Peppas on mandolin, Kevin Donahue on piano and accordion, and Eric Lefcowitz on electric guitar) also play on Birdboys. The paths are quality, sparse folk-rock, announcing her change through the punk music she sang within the Avengers to some quieter style.
