Formed in the first ’80s by composer/producer Rama, keyboardist Steve Kaplan and guitarist Joaquin Lievano, Zazen mix components of Eastern philosophy and mythology having a hybrid of jazz and modern. The trio offers released some records around the Miramar label, included in this 1994’s Enlightenment, 1995’s Canyons of Light and 1997’s Cayman Blue.
