Wyldest

North London’s ’80s-influenced dream pop trio Wyldest features songwriter/producer Zoe Mead, guitarist/multi-instrumentalist Mariin Kallikorm, and drummer Jack port Gooderham. Mead performed in various regional rings before founding Wyldest in-may 2014. The group earned the Green Man Increasing competition only a month after developing, earning a slot machine on the primary stage at that year’s Green Man event. The band’s Man Massey-produced debut EP Dark Matter premiered in March 2016, getting compliment and airplay from NME and BBC Radio 1. The solitary “The Poet” found its way to March 2017 like a stopgap launch while Wyldest done their debut recording.
