When Dinosaurs Ruled the Earth

The spaced-out psychedelic rock ensemble When Dinosaurs Ruled the planet earth were born through the (still active) ranks of such rings as Tuxedo Killers, Dakota Building, Awesome Great Dudes, and Oh, Beast! The lineup features dual drummers (Daniel Doyle, Brandon Crowe), dual guitarists (Marc Voorhees, Nate Mix), dual vocalists (Jesse Hodges and George Dishner), and an individual bassist (Cory Plump). The group shaped in 2005 and quickly produced a name for itself at such high-impact displays as South by Southwest. The group released its 1st album, Snack foods, in 2006, on Emperor Jones. When Dinosaurs Ruled the planet earth then appeared on the compilation tape launch on vocalist Jesse Hodges’ Home furniture Information, covering a well-known Oneida music.
