Along with Shox, the Accelerated Established, and Bauhaus, the Bearz released the just Axis singles in early 1980. Another label known as Axis soon heard bout the produces, forcing the newer imprint to rename itself. The label became 4AD. The Bearz’ one was known as She’s My Young lady, which highlighted vocalist/keyboardist John Goddard, bassist/guitarist David Gunstone, keyboardist David Lord, and drummer Tag Willis. The music group eventually split up, with Lord learning to be a studio room associate for famous brands XTC, Tori Amos, Peter Gabriel, and Echo as well as the Bunnymen. Willis continued to be active being a manufacturer (the Bellefleurs) and performer (who used Dr. Feelgood’s Gypie Mayo).
