Wet Locks grew in the ashes of long-running Iowa Town, Iowa sound collective Raccoo-oo-oon, started as a single task by Raccoo-oo-oon founding member Shawn Reed in the ultimate a few months of his band’s existence. Before 2011’s IN FASHION Spirit, the music group included third member Matt Fenner to augment the primary noises of Reed and Garbes.
